I would like to compliment you and your installation crew for the professional way that you installed our air conditioning units. The lads were courteous, always asking our permission to drill so as not to affect our telephone calls (workman with consideration, that's unusual). The units are working well, a vast difference to the 100 degree + conditions we were working in before..how did we work in that heat!!! Once again many thanks to you and your team.

I would like to thank you for the marvelous installation job you recently completed for us, fitting 3 air conditioning units in our offices. I was unsure how we were going to manage to cope in our busy sales office whilst the inevitable drilling and fixing took place. I was so pleased with the way that your instllation engineer went about the job, taking care not to drill whilst phone calls were in progress and cleaning up as he worked. Sadly, such work methods are very rare these days. The units are working superbly during this hot weather, we're all so glad we decided to buy them. Many thanks to you and your team.

Paul Arnold has been awarded the annual maintenance contract for all air conditioning throughout our Head Office for the last three years.
