Just a quick thank you for the air conditioning and heating work you carried out in my retail store. It is now a lot more comfortable for all my staff to work in and the customers don't want to leave especially in the summer when it's baking or in the winter when it's freezing cold!

All the work was carried out to the highest standard and any questions we had regarding the fit were answered quickly and promptly.

The lads were courteous, always asking our permission to drill so as not to affect our telephone calls (workman with consideration, that's unusual). I would like to thank you for the marvelous installation job you recently completed for us, fitting 3 air conditioning units in our offices. I was unsure how we were going to manage to cope in our busy sales office whilst the inevitable drilling and fixing took place. I was so pleased with the way that your instllation engineer went about the job, taking care not to drill whilst phone calls were in progress and cleaning up as he worked. Sadly, such work methods are very rare these days. The units are working superbly during this hot weather, we're all so glad we decided to buy them. Many thanks to you and your team.

Paul Arnold has been awarded the annual maintenance contract for all air conditioning throughout our Head Office for the last three years.
