We recently used PRA to install new air-to-air heat pumps in our house and also that of my daughter. I cannot fault their professionalism, tidiness, efficiency and friendliness throughout. My neighbour was so impressed that she, too, used PRA to replace an old heat pump that was no longer working. From the first telephone call made to the Head Office, The lady was kind and helpful the Quotation was excellent felt very at ease, He talked me through the Installation process and talked through options available, the completion of the 4 Air Conditioning Systems installed at my Home address went smoothly, I always felt satisfied and happy that I chose the right company, nothing was to much trouble, they answered any questions I had and reassured me at all times and kept me up to date on the progress.
I cant fault the fantastic Engineers for their Respect, Manners, professionalism, cleanliness and knowledge.

Installation of Panasonic Condensing system and 2 x Split Wall Mounted Panasonic Air Conditioning system
When researching and requesting quotes and information for the type of system and installation I was after, PRA were one of only a few that came back to me promptly and right from the initial response to the ongoing feedback, up to the booking in of the eventual installation, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with – answering questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
The engineers carrying out the actual install carried on this theme; friendly and informative – and completed the work ahead of schedule and with little to no mess or evidence of the work involved.
When dealing with companies, my wish list is often simple but seldom met – i.e. I’m looking for a prompt reply; continuous engagement and the work being carried out as described and with little fuss. PRA met and exceeded all of these. I cannot recommend PRA Air Conditioning highly enough and will be more than happy to deal with them again.
Another Great Installation
PRA provided a prompt, helpful and considerate service. They recommended a Panasonic Air Conditioner to us for domestic air-conditioning for an area of about 45 sq. The installation engineers were very friendly, helpful, efficient and tidy. The unit was installed towards the end of the summer, so we have not needed to use it very often but it has done a good job at bringing the temperature down and keeping the intended area cool on the occasions when we have used it. We are happy to recommend PRA.
