Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. PRA Air Conditioning recently installed a 4-unit system in our home and honestly, they were brilliant from start to finish. They were professional throughout; turned up when they said they would, kept me updated on everything, and did a speedy job. They even came back to do the last few bits after my electrician let them down on the main install day.

What really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were throughout the installation. They took great care to protect our home, left no mess behind, and ensured everything was put back exactly as they found it.

Communication was great too. Took the time to explain how everything worked, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - professional guys and a pleasure to have around.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. PRA fitted two indoor units and one outside unit in our dormer bungalow and we are so pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Great communication, and very helpful, during the consultation and booking process, and the fitters were very knowledgable, friendly, and super clean and tidy during the work. Highly recommend PRA for all your air con needs.
